We use submitted information to provide requested resources, administer Companion Toolkit access, respond to inquiries, understand how MRO Excellence resources are being used, maintain business records, and improve the website and related materials.

Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices. MROExcellenceSystem.com does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We receive the order, service, contact, shipping, and payment-status information needed to fulfill the engagement, maintain business records, and provide customer service. Individual book purchases are completed through Amazon under Amazon’s applicable policies.
Book Page and Purchase Button Measurement
We count visible book-page loads and clicks on Amazon purchase buttons to understand which content brings readers to the book. Records contain the time, event type, edition and button location where applicable, a test/live label, broad traffic-source category, and approved campaign/post labels. Repeat visits and clicks count again. We do not store full referring URLs, arbitrary query parameters, names, email addresses, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers in these measurement records, and this measurement does not set tracking cookies. Missing referrers appear as direct/unknown. Counts do not confirm purchases on Amazon.
Cookies and Technical Data
This website package uses an essential session cookie for form security and temporary Toolkit access. The package does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics by default.
